Orderly Meds

As a fast-growing startup, we had too many versions of who we were and where we were heading. Springboard created the space and structure we needed to align as a leadership team: one story, one set of principles, one clear path forward. This work has already made us a stronger, more focused company—it’s exactly what we needed for the next stage of growth.

The Challenge

Orderly Meds (OM) was scaling rapidly in a fast-moving GLP-1 market—adding new leaders, new customers, and new layers of complexity. As growth accelerated, different teams began using different versions of the mission, vision, values, and story of the company.

With the founder still central to many decisions, OM lacked a single source of truth to guide how leaders communicated, prioritized, and represented the brand. The company needed clear, consistent, enduring language that aligned the leadership team and set the foundation for its next stage of growth.

How Did We Do It?

Insight Gathering

We started with a short leadership survey and targeted interviews to understand alignment gaps, team dynamics, and what each leader believed OM needed most. These insights shaped the design of the session and ensured every voice was represented from the start.

Leadership Alignment Workshops

Springboard facilitated two virtual half-day workshops with leaders joining from multiple time zones. Through a structured agenda—strategic context, mission, vision, destination, values, and growth priorities—and curated examples from other high-growth startups, we guided the team through thoughtful discussion, productive debate, and real decision- making. the team toward clarity, shared principles, and productive decision-making.

Synthesis + Shared Compass

We distilled the workshop outcomes into polished mission, vision, destination, and core values. The result: a clear, durable leadership compass that gives OM one aligned reference point for how they grow, hire, communicate, and make decisions as they scale.

What Did It Take?

To reach alignment and build a collective compass, OM’s leaders had to make a few key shifts in how they worked together:

Time and focus in the midst of rapid growth

The leadership team committed to two half-day sessions—no small feat given the company’s pace—to step back and build a clear organizational compass.

Willingness to “disagree and commit”

Leaders had to move from fragmented messaging to shared principles, agreeing on mission, vision, destination and values that everyone could endorse and use consistently.

A mindset shift from founder-centric to leadership-aligned

To scale effectively, OM needed a framework that broadened decision-making beyond the founder.

Where are they now?

Orderly Meds is now using the shared language across the company—improving alignment, culture, onboarding, and brand clarity. Since the work wrapped in November 2024, OM has scaled to a $50M GLP-1 provider shipping 150,000 vials annually with support from 100+ customer service agents and a multi-pharmacy network. The leadership team now operates from a unified compass, which also became the foundation for new brand strategy, consumer profiles, and positioning developed with a branding agency.
