Insight Gathering 

A short partner survey and individual interviews uncovered themes, surface-level tensions, and shared priorities-forming the backbone of the Springboard helped planning session design. 

Leadership Planning Session 

We facilitated a one-day workshop that aligned partners on their long- term vision, reviewed key inputs, and introduced a straightforward OKR (Objectives + Key Results) framework to clarify and tighten the firm's 2025 priorities. 

Action Plan + Accountability 

Springboard translated decisions into a clear quarterly action plan with owners, timelines, and an accountability cadence-giving the team a practical structure to support ongoing focus and execution.

The team committed to a quarterly routine for reviewing goals, tracking progress, and holding one another accountable, ensuring strategic momentum alongside the demands of legal practice.

Ganek's partners aligned around a shared long-term destination: building a 75-year firm known for exceptional client experience, strong talent pipelines, consistent operations, and profitable growth across 11+ markets. 

From an initial list of 22 ideas, the team narrowed their focus to five firm-wide priorities for Q2, each with clear outcomes and accountable owners. With a new Perimeter office open and a quarterly rhythm in place, Ganek now has clarity, alignment, and forward momentum behind its 2025 goals and long-term vision.
